Arnett's Landscaping and Garden Center Returns Policy

Arnett's Landscaping and Garden Center values our customer relationships and aim to maximize your shopping experience. If you have any issues with any product purchased at Arnett's Landscaping and Garden Center, you are welcome to return to our warehouse.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt with prior authorization from a Arnett's Landscaping and Garden Center Customer Service Representative. Please call or fax first to explain the situation. Refunds are for the cost of the product only. Returns of damaged goods require a signed proof of delivery (POD) from the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or Truck Company, etc.) reflecting the damage at the time of delivery. Please have the POD available when calling Customer Service for return authorization. Arnett's Landscaping and Garden Center cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for the merchandise in good condition. With the exception of defective merchandise, all items authorized for return must be shipped back freight prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Special orders, special priced items and non-inventory items cannot be returned for any credit due to their special nature.

At our store we handle everything from commercial landscape products to gifts, candles and soaps.  We have a large variety of outdoor décor, pots, fountains and bird baths.
